This bucket is great for horses and large dogs. It has a capacity of 5 gallons (20 quarts), with a built-in thermostat and will keep water ice-free during below zero conditions.
The heater is completely hidden within the walls of the plastic bucket.
Cord exits from back or bottom of pail to prevent chewing. The 'flat back' allows it to be conveniently hung in a stall. Thermostat turns on at approximately 38 degrees and off at 50 degrees. Shuts off if bucket runs empty. Each unit comes complete with a sturdy bail and a six foot power cord.

Very pleased with this bucket. We are using it for the first time this winter for our mini donkey and llama. It keeps all 5 gallons of water totally free from ice and we have had several below zero days this winter. One night it went as low as -20 and it worked even then.
