I purchased 10 of the rail planters to go around my deck. My order arrived within a week but one of the planters was missing plugs. I immediately phoned customer service and left a detailed message. To my surprised I received an e-mail rectifying the problem. Within a few days I received another planter. I was only expecting the four plugs.
My deck height is around 8 feet from the ground. At first I thought the planter fitted too loosely and would fall over, but too my surprised my flowers survived their first storm with high winds. I am not only please with how well the planters compliment my deck but also with the wonderful and professional customer service I received. I highly recommend doing business with this company.
