This is the best seat belt and harness we've ever come across. When driving in Canada last Christmas we hit black ice and went into a huge skid and slide, ending up in a ditch. Through this all, our dog was secure and not harmed at all. In addition, when walking in all the ice and snow, the fluffy, padded chest harness kept her warm and dry. I researched other safety harnesses and felt this one had the safest fit and construction. The design of the fleece lined front leads to more coverage and better support than just plain straps that could slip and possibly cause more injury in an accident situation.
